James Kwan

The protagonist of the Kwan-Chi franchise. Kwan-Chi starts his journey with the Ten Rings trying to stop his brother from using the Ten Rings from evil. After he acquires the Ten Rings, Kwan-Chi is faced with several foes.

Alex Kuck

The brother of Kwan-Chi, Kuck-Chi left the teachings of Sensei and pursued the path of darkness. He acquires the Ten Rings and plans to use them for evil.

Drew Hoots

A master of basketball, Mr. Ball/Mr. Basket possess a great threat to Kwan-Chi on and off the basketball court in great battles.

THE HACKER

Ryderon Bracht

The Hacker is a master of the computer and is very loyal to Kuck-Chi. He helps Kuck-Chi with his quest to use the Ten Rings for evil. While Kuck-Chi finds The Hacker to be very useful with this, Kwan-Chi finds The Hacker to be a weakness he can use to stop Kuck-Chi.

KANG-CHI

Eddie Kang

One of the siblings in the Chi family, Kang-Chi is hidden away from the Chi family fiasco as he pursues a career in healthcare. He realizes that he cannot hide forever after Kwan-Chi locates him for help.

THE DARK LORD

Colton Hawkins

The wielder of the Dark Ten Rings, The Dark Lord poses as a grand threat for Kwan-Chi. After training with the Dark Lord to fight The Serpent, Kwan-Chi realizes he has been betrayed after the Dark Lord resurrects Kuck-Chi, but without restoring his voice.

THE SERPENT

The Serpent challenges Kwan-Chi's claim to the Ten Rings, forcing Kwan-Chi to question if he is worthy. The Serpent pledges to reclaim the Ten Rings for himself with the help of his seven disciples.

SENSEI

Oliver Diaz Moore

Sensei trained Kwan-Chi and Kuck-Chi when they were children. Now, Sensei provides great wisdom for Kwan-Chi as he follows his journey through wielding the Ten Rings.

MARCUS RIVERS

Chris Daniels

One of the angel investors in Sensei's dojo, Marcus Rivers funds the endeavors of Kwan-Chi. After refusing to fund more Kwan-Chi films after a box office flop, Kwan-Chi plans to use the Ten Rings to get Marcus to continue investing again.

The wielder of the 11th ring, Kwan-Chi is forced to perform a heist to steal it. As revenge for the heist, the Sinister Minister kills one of the people most important in Kwan-Chi's life, Kwan-Chi vows revenge against the Sinister Minister and hunts him down to the ends of the earth.
